• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. pka98 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your pka98 balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing bank. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference.
• pka98 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — this is outside pka98's control.
• pka98 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it originated from fraud, an incorrect source or is connected to activity that breaches these terms.

Withdrawals from pka98 are processed back to the payment method used for your original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are paid in PKR.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Withdrawals require identity verification. If your account has not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, pka98 may request documentation before releasing funds. This is a one-time process for most accounts.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on your account tier. Standard accounts are processed in the normal queue. VIP members from Silver tier and above receive priority processing, with Platinum and Diamond tier members eligible for same-day express withdrawals subject to verification.
• pka98 does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts. Your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.
• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only real money balance that has cleared any applicable wagering conditions is eligible for withdrawal.

Sports betting at pka98 covers cricket (including PSL and all Pakistan international fixtures), football, esports and other markets. The following general rules apply across all sports. Market-specific rules may be published separately for cricket, football and esports.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change between viewing and confirmation — the price accepted is the one shown at time of bet submission.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds — for example, a price that is materially different from market consensus due to a data or technical error — pka98 reserves the right to void any bets placed at that price.
• For cricket matches: if a match is abandoned without a result and no DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) outcome is reached, most pre-match markets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for individual cricket markets are detailed in the cricket betting rules page.
• For PSL matches, live in-play betting markets are available throughout the match. Markets may be temporarily suspended during significant events (wickets, no-balls, power plays). Bets placed before a suspension are honoured.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If one selection is voided (e.g. due to a cancelled match), it is removed and the acca is recalculated across the remaining legs.
• System and combination bets settle based on the number of correct selections within the defined system structure.
• Cash out functionality is available on selected markets. The available cash out value reflects current odds and is subject to change. Cash out is not available once a market is suspended.
• Maximum bet limits apply per selection and per event. These are displayed in the bet slip. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from elevated maximum stake limits.

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence systems or any technical tools to place bets or interact with games without manual player input.
• Attempting to manipulate sports betting markets through insider information, match-fixing or any form of corruption.
• Engaging in money laundering or using pka98 as a vehicle for moving funds of illicit origin.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or pka98 support staff.
• Attempting to access systems or data beyond your own account.

pka98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time if there is reasonable cause. This includes but is not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud or abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Account suspected of being used by a minor.
• Reasonable belief that continued account operation poses a financial, legal or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any real money balance in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after verification. Where closure is the result of a breach, pka98 may withhold funds pending investigation or as a consequence of the breach.

Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and the account will be locked from further access.
